Overwhelmed

Bismillahirrahmanirrahim

Be strong dear friends,

Yes, it is a time for grief,

but don't let emotions,

 get the better of us.

Set our priorities,

persevere and fight~!

Let's end this journey of 6 and a half years,

while she couldn't,

when she was her family's hope,

coming from a big family,

with younger siblings for her parents to take care of,

but we?

are still fooling around,

getting marks that are just only good enough,

she scored A's like it was a piece of cake,

I thought how could she have the will to study it all,

coming from a family that hopes for her,

that is all.

Maybe we are just too pampered,

too much of a brat to get serious,

this life, it is our own responsibility,

your family's rich and so what?

forever you are going to ask for your parents' money?

I for one would take all this,

just another of my "why" I should give it all,

for I still got a chance to finish what I started,

Finish with flying colors and to be top notch,

I wouldn't settle for anything less.

And this piece is not that well written,

I'm too overwhelmed to even get inspirations,

O Allah, I pray for her to achieve,

your blessings and forgiveness for all of her past deeds,

and I pray and I pray,

that in the end,

I'll get to see her again,

in paradise, Insya Allah~
