Base-Chocolate cake, any brand will do. Don't need to buy Monginis specifically.
But Monginis products ARE VERY DELICIOUS. You can try using vanilla cake or butter cake instead but i doubt it will be just as delicious as if we use chocolate cake.
Cut the cake and arrange it in your aluminium thingy(bekas apa eh dlm bi? lupa)
Make half a cup of coffee. Any brand of coffee will do. Do not add any sugar to the coffee.
Moisten your cake slices with the coffee solution. Just moisten them. Do not drown them! :D
For the sauce, you'll need cream cheese, whipped cream powder, and milk.
Add a tablespoon or two of sugar to the sauce
but not too much because the cake is already sweet.


Half a glass of the cream cheese would be enough.

A packet of whipped cream~

Add some milk according to the consistency of the sauce that you want.
Oh yeah, i forgot to tell that you are to put the cream cheese, whipped cream powder and milk in the blender and blend 'em all goo0oo0ooD....
If you want your sauce to be diluted, add more milk.
But if you want your sauce to be more concentrated,
add more cream cheese or whipped cream powder.
However, the cream cheese is a bit salty.
So, if you put 'em too much, well, you'll get a salty sauce, :D.

Actually, to make a real tiramisu, we have to make 'em into layers.
So, after you have poured an even layer of sauce, we have to put another layer of cake.
Then, another layer of sauce and so on.
Lastly, put your tiramisu in the fridge for at least overnight.
Real tiramisu, hihi.
But, my housemates and I usually make only a layer of cake and a layer of sauce.
La, nama pon tiramisu express.
Btw, if you want to drown the cake slices with the sauce, it's up to you la.
but then, you will feel "muak" easily.
As for the touching up, sprinkle some coffee powder or cocoa powder or milo powder on top.
It's easy, it's yummy~
My housemates and I make 'em like 2-3 times a month.
But it depends.
Sometimes, there are other sweet delicacies in the fridge that we don't need to make this tiramisu express.
Sweet delicacies like trifle, creme caramel, corn pudding, bread pudding, chocolate pudding.
Oh well, cooking releases stress.

Travelling together taught me to be more considerate towards others.
And that i don't really see much of them
since i'm the only one who goes to Lecture A for lectures.
So, it really was an opportunity to get to know some of them better.
Like some people have allergies, and that some of them have certain illnesses
and much much more.
One of the girls said to us during our post mortem for our trip to the 3 countries:
"Kita kalau nak tengok fizikal kita cam muka kita, kita tengok cermin. Nampaklah kalau ada jerawat ke, comot2 ke. Tapi apa cermin utk peribadi kita? Kita tengok kwn2 kita lah. Contohnya mcm kalau kwn kita tu suka ckp lepas dgn kita je, tapi bila dgn org lain, dia tak ckp lps pon. Cuba kita fikir sbb apa... maybe sbb kita yg dulu suka ckp lepas dgn dia. So, jgn byk prasangka lah dgn org. Kita muhasabah diri kita dulu sblm nak prasangka dgn dia. Sbbnya, apa yg kita buat kat org tak kiralah benda baek ke buruk ke, kdg2 kita terkena balik. "
Ok, ayat dia laen ckit sbnrnya tapi sbb nk memudahkan org faham, so, alter2 sikit ayat dia.
