Once upon a time, there was a place called Library Sisey~


Students like to hang out here to study and it's particularly packed during the Egzam Season.

iT'S QUITE SPACIOUS DUN U THINK?

It's a place where people like to play "awak teach saya" and "saya teach awak game."

End of story.

I couldn't help but noticing that many of us are sick.

Common Flu.
Bronchitis.
Fever.
Cough.

Prophylaxis is better than taking up treatment.

Come on, how many of us really like to swallow medicine?

No matter how busy we are, take preventional steps. I mean people can actually die from complicated common flu+cough+fever, even if u don't get infected with the H1N1 virus.

My suggestions are:

1. Keep urself warm & cosy ALWAYS.

2. Eat a balanced diet, and that means lots of veggies and fruits ok! Better eat home-cooked dishes than eating out-->cleaner and probably more nutritious.

3. Drink enough water please!

4. If u are already sick, dun force urself too much. Get enough rest for a day or two. Then, u can go all out in anything u want to do, like doing assignmnets or catching up in ur studies.

5. Take supplements such as:

5.1.Habbatus Sauda'-->can treat any illness except death-al hadis-, helps to increase ur immunity.
(juz ask for barakah at the pharmacy)

5.2.Drink honey b4 sleep or early in the morning.-sunnah nabi juga ni-

5.3.Vitacid C effervescent tablets-sila beli kt pharmacy, 6 geneh je, symptomatic relief for flu-

5.4.Yansun-herba mesir punya. beli kt pasar, kt kedai yg jual rempah2 or kekacang. Ckp je nk yansun bi itnin geneh suda. Cara makan dy mcm nk bancuh teh. Arab mmg minum yansun ni kalo selesema. Maybe sbb tu H1N1 mcm tak bape effect negara dorg kot. Anyway, ada dak medic tanta yg rekemen yansun ni sbb prof dorg ckp yansun ni senanya natural antibiotic =)

6. The usual hygienic stuff such as put a clean handkerchief over ur mouth when u cough or sneeze. Dun cough or sneeze in the commed pract class, lol XD. Dun share drinks with people who have flu and etc.

Lastly, if u have flu, fever, or cough for over a week, go and see the doctor la. Don't procrastinate if ur health is on the line. Health is wealth.
